Our Policies and Campground Rules

Check in anytime after 3 pm.  However, due to our small size and in respect to our other guests, we can not accommodate check ins later than  7:00 pm.  Check out at 11:00 am.  Please ensure you check out right at 11:00 am as we have to prepare for new guests.

Rules:

Max speed limit on the property is 5 km.  For the safety of our guests excessive speed will result in you being asked to leave.

We cannot accommodate pets in any of the buildings or domes.

Please do not smoke or vape in any of the buildings.

Our property boundaries are clearly fenced, please do not climb any fences while exploring our landscape.

Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and end at 8 am

Raptor Ridge Campground is not a place for loud music or parties.

Please report any damages that happen during your stay so they can be promptly addressed. A damage fee may be charged to your credit card under the following conditions:

 - excessive garbage

 - broken or missing items

 - evidence of smoking inside (250$ min fine)

 Raptor Ridge Campground is not liable for lost, damaged, or missing pieces of personal property while staying on site including jewellery, luggage, vehicles or electronics.

Raptor Ridge Campground is not liable for any injuries incurred while on site.

Rates are per room, per nite and subject to all applicable taxes and tourism levies at the current prevailing rate +5%GST, and 5$ per day eco fee.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  However, your price is guaranteed upon booking.  For the avoidance of doubt prices do not include any incidental charges you may incur during your stay.

Your booking is non refundable once checked in.

If you cancel your booking by email  two weeks prior to arrival date you will incur no charges.  If cancelled less than 14 days before your arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your booked stay.

No refunds for any reason.
